About Us
Established in 2014, Patriots of Praise is a faith-based Kansas based 501c3 organization dedicated to serving our Countries Active Duty Soldiers, Veterans, Disabled Veterans, and Gold Star Family members.
We understand the stresses and dynamic nature of military life and how it impacts lives, marriages and families. We have learned that God doesn’t waste pain and by keeping our faith first we can experience true healing and overcome the things life throws at us.
We are committed to providing an environment where service members of various backgrounds can come and disengage through the outdoors. They have fun in sport, decompress, develop relationships and many begin or continue the healing process.
We honor them for their service and show our appreciation for the freedoms they provide our country.
We are proud to serve the men and women of our military - we use hunting and fishing to build relationships, but our first love and deepest commitment will always be to proclaim the healing power of Jesus Christ. It is a wonderful opportunity to sow into the lives of our warriors who suffer from physical, emotional and spiritual scars as a result of their brave service.

I had just had an amazing adventure thanks to Scott Anderson and Patriots of Praise with their sponsored Wounded Warrior hunt in Kansas! With the incredible opportunity to travel, stay at a cool hunting lodge, meet great people from all over the country and hunt some of the best white tail land in the country, I got back to the great outdoors and harvested my first buck!
It's been very encouraging and gives me hope to see that there are people and organizations out there like POP that really do care for the veterans and go out of their way to bless them.
The guys at POP are so awesome, and what they do for our servicemen and women is extraordinary.

I want to start by saying thank you to Scott Anderson for this opportunity. I had an amazing weekend with Tate from Patriots of Praise. I had the opportunity to not only harvest 2 turkeys but to also spend some time in the great outdoors and meet some amazing people.

Can’t say thanks enough to Scott Anderson and the folks at Patriots for Praise, on the weekend of 11-13 March 2016, Scott hosted several US Army Special Operations soldiers stationed at Ft Riley to a guided Pheasant Hunt in central Kansas. The soldiers were able to share their experiences from both deployments and stateside assignments alike, and were also able to relate to other service members who are dealing with stress in different ways.
The graciousness that Patriots of Praise exhibited that weekend was absolutely phenomenal. One of the soldiers was also able to bring his 11 year old son, who got to experience pheasant hunting for the first time, and learned the value of comradery amongst veterans and God’s children alike. I will always remember the experience provided by Patriots of Praise that weekend, and would absolutely recommend an outdoor experience to other veterans. Thanks Scott!
